What We Do

Jones Ladybug Termite & Pest Management will identify problems on your property and determine the best methods to correct them. We treat all general pest and termite issues. This includes but is not limited to: Ants, Spiders, Scorpions, Roaches, Termites, Fleas, Ticks, Mosquitoes, and Rats and mice

Residential and Commercial Pest Control

Service treating for any pest issues such as roaches, ants, spiders, scorpions, rodents, fleas, ticks, etc. This service includes the inside and outside of the structure and the immediate perimeter; addressing all entry, harborage, and nesting areas. This service is offered as a one-time service, quarterly service, or monthly service.

Carpenter Ant Treatments

We will treat known and possible harborage areas using the least invasive treatment methods relying on specialized bait and targeted treatment methods as opposed to broad drilling and dusting methods.

Termite Treatments

Full, partial, and spot treatments are available, All treatments are completed using a physical liquid barrier treatment. Warranties are transferable and come with a WDI repport.

Residential and commercial termite treatments.

Wood-Destroying Insect Report (WDI)

A thorough and complete inspection of your property, giving a detailed report of any signs of active infestations, previous infestations, signs of treatment, and conducive conditions that pertain to wood-destroying insects. This service comes with a free general pest control service after the closing.

Quarterly Service Plan

This maintenance plan includes protection against problem pests and seasonal invaders. Problems and complaints between quarters are handled at no charge. This is our most popular plan.

Quarterly Plus Plan

This maintenance plan includes the standard quarterly treatment plus an expanded exterior (treatment of all flower beds, tree beds, the perimeter of fenced areas, and fire ant control up to a half-acre) that can optionally include rodent bait stations, sealing weepholes with copper mesh, and dewebbing the structure.

Monthly Service Plan

This maintenance plan includes protection against problem pests and seasonal invaders on a monthly basis for Commerical buildings.

Yard Treatments

Get complete yard treatment for fleas, ticks, fire ants, mosquitoes, and general yard pests. Seasonal plans are available.

Rodent Control Service

Get an inspection of the property to identify entry points and nesting areas. Baiting and trapping methods are used.
